MAPLE SYRUP TIME

I remember being taken on a class trip in elementary school when it was cold and snowy outside. The destination was a working maple syrup farm. We saw the buckets hanging on the trees and visited the syrup house which was warm and steamy inside. A labor intensive endeavor. Moderately expensive to purchase, but so worth it.
